Jan. 13, 2013 Alaska Wildlife Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a broken headlight, which was towing another vehicle at mile 23 on the Chiniak Highway. The Kodiak Island United States Bowling Congress Annual City Tournament begins Saturday at Tropic Lanes.
