The fourth Run for Rescue is Saturday. The run begins at 10 a.m. at Monashka Bay Park (the corner of Otmeloi and Monashka Bay road). A Kodiak Middle School track and field record came tumbling down over the weekend. The foursome of Hannah Villaroya, Halle Blair, Ella Raisley and Garly Glover posted a new school record for the girls’ 800-meter relay with a time of 2 minutes, 1.45 seconds, Saturday during the high school meet against Bartlett at Joe Floyd Track and Field.
