Thursday, Aug. 23 Sector Juneau responded to a radio call from the 30-foot fishing vessel Silverlance reporting they were taking on water approximately 75 miles northwest of Sitka. The Silverlance was in tow by the fishing vessel Standy. An Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter delivered a dewatering pump to the vessel and the Silverlance crew was able to dewater the vessel and safely moor in Elfin Cove. Aug....
