Thursday, April 4 At 12:55 a.m., Alaska State Troopers stopped a 2003 Ford F-350 near Mill Bay Beach for a traffic violation. The truck’s 38-year-old Kodiak driver was intoxicated and violating conditions of release from the district court in Unalaska.
