Hannah running with confidence
Quick, name the four members of Kodiak’s 3,200-meter relay team who won a state title last season.  The first three are Cole Christiansen, Levi Fried and Jordan Fogle. Those are the easy ones; the fourth is a head scratcher.  Think really hard. Give up?  It’s Clayton Hannah.  Don’t be ashamed; Hannah is a tough one to remember. While Kodiak was winning last year’s Region III Championship meet, Hannah was at the s...

Kodiak boys in line for eighth Region III track title
There is no reason to believe Kodiak’s boys will not win their eighth consecutive Region III track and field title. The Bears have dominated the competition this season and possess the premier distance runners in the state. Coach Marcus Dunbar isn’t ordering championship shirts just yet; he won’t breathe a sigh of relief until the final event concludes Saturday afternoon at Nikiski High School. On paper, Kodiak...
