Feb. 27 At 10:45 a.m., a man reported his truck had fishtailed, gone into a ditch, and rolled several times after he hit black ice near mile 24 of the Chiniak Highway. The man was alone in the vehicle and was not wearing his seatbelt but reported no injuries. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
