Requires Bachelors Degree in business, public administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, plus five years experience in municipal management. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered for educational requirement. Alaska experience a plus. Must possess strong financial, grants, and legislative experience. Must be a resident of KIB during term of contract.
