Theresa A. Carlson pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Carlson was sentenced to 120 days in jail (114 suspended) and fined $4,000 ($2,500 suspended) and had her license revoked for 90 days and was ordered to use an ignition interlock device after regaining the privilege to drive and was ordered to comply with any recommendations for alcohol/substance abuse screening and placed on probation for three years.

Rolf L. Christiansen pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the fifth degree. Christiansen was sentenced to 45 days in jail (45 suspended) and fined $500 ($500 suspended) and placed on probation for one year.

Nicholaus Cooke-Dew pleaded guilty to attempted vehicle theft in the first degree. Cooke-Dew was sentenced to 360 days in jail (270 suspended) and fined $2,500 ($2,500 suspended) and ordered to comply with any recommendations for mental health and substance abuse screening and placed on probation for five years.

Gary F Adler pleaded guilty to attempted criminal mischief in the third degree. Adler was sentenced to 360 days in jail (240 suspended) and fined $2,500 ($2,500 suspended) and ordered to pay $761.66 in restitution and ordered to schedule a screening for substance abuse/mental health and placed on probation for four years.

Dennis Fathke pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in the second degree. Fathke was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Daniel M Courchaine pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the third degree. Courchaine was sentenced to 360 days in jail (270 suspended) and fined $2,500 ($2,500 suspended) and ordered to schedule a screening for mental health/domestic violence/anger management and placed on probation for three years.

Kenneth C. Butts pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. Butts was sentenced to 75 days in jail and ordered to complete substance abuse treatment.
