Driving under the influence

• Paul James McCabe, 24, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence or refusal to submit to chemical test. McCabe was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 days suspended), and was fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended). McCabe will be on probation for two years.

• Brandon K. Johnson, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence or refusal to submit to chemical test. Johnson was sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 days suspended), and was fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended). Johnson will be on probation for two years.

Violating conditions of release

Reginald Childers II, 31, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release from A felony. Childers II was sentenced to 165 days in jail (150 days suspended). He is on probation for three years.

Criminal mischief

Christopher B. Clark, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. Clark was sentenced to 180 days in jail (175 days suspended). He will be on probation for five years.

Trespass

Dennis R. Fathke, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. Fathke was sentenced to 30 days in jail (0 days suspended).

Misconduct of controlled substance

Reginald E. Childers II, 31, pleaded guilty to misconduct with controlled substance, deliver/possession with intent. Childers II was sentenced to 45 months in jail (43 months suspended), and was fined $15,000 ($15,000 suspended).
