• At 3:09 a.m., police conducted a security check on Mission Road.

• At 3:31 a.m., police conducted a bar check downtown.

• At 3:38 a.m., officers investigated suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. Two people fled. Police found a cell phone and placed it in evidence for safekeeping.

• At 8:02 a.m., someone called to report a traffic offense on Alimaq Drive. The driver was gone when police arrived.

• At 8:32 a.m., officers patrolled the Chiniak and Pasagshak areas for animals.

• At 10:40 a.m., someone called to report a parking offense on Alimaq Drive.

• At 11:21 a.m., someone called to report that horses were repeatedly coming on Leisnoi Land. Officers will contact the owner.

• At 12:59 p.m., police cited a man on Mill Bay Road for having no insurance and having studded tires.

• At 1:06 p.m., police responded to a traffic office offense on Thorsheim Street. At 1:20 p.m., police responded to an assault on Woody Way. Both people had minor injuries from pushing each other, but officers could not determine a primary suspect. The DA was notified and no arrest was made.

• At 1:26 p.m., officers provided assistance in the Chiniak area.

• At 1:35 p.m., police responded to a traffic offense on Hemlock Street. A man was arrested on a warrant.

• At 2:13 p.m., someone called to report he’d dropped his cell phone overboard near Near Island and needed a case number in order to report it to his phone company.

• At 2:24 p.m., police found a bicycle on Center Avenue and placed it in evidence for safekeeping.

• At 2:37 p.m., police found and red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on Hemlock Street.

• At 3:43 p.m., police cited a man on Birch Avenue for having no rear bumper, no right rear taillight, no child restraint and no ID.

• At 4:48 p.m., someone called to report a traffic hazard on Selief Lane. Patrolling officers were advised.

• At 4:51 p.m., a cab driver called from West Marine Way to say he had a passenger passed out in his cab. The person was drunk and a friend was found to care for them.

• At 9:15 p.m., someone called to report their bicycle had been stolen on Hillside Drive.

• Around 11:02 p.m., police conducted four bar checks downtown.

• At 11:16 p.m., police conducted a security check on Center Avenue.

• At 11:31 p.m., police warned a driver for not stopping at a stop sign on Ismailov Street.
