Thursday, May 3

• At 12:03 p.m. there was a loose dog on Marine Way. The owner was given a verbal warning.

• At 12:13 p.m. an officer was at Benny Benson Avenue and Rezanof Drive with a man who lost the load he was hauling.

• At 12:17 p.m. a man was sitting in an idling vehicle with expired plates on Mill Bay Road. He was advised not to drive it on the road.

• At 12:20 p.m. a man was cited for parking in a no parking zone on Marine Way.

• At 1:52 and 216 p.m. vehicles on Selief Lane were tagged for disposal.

• At 3:06 p.m. a vehicle on Larch Street was tagged for disposal.

• At 5:04 p.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting his vehicle was damaged within the last two days on Mill Bay Road.

There was minor damage; no suspects.

• At 5:10 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay Road. It was returned to its owner.

• At 5:43 p.m. a phone call was received about a man outside on Marine Way begging patrons to buy him alcohol. An officer advised him of the city ordinance and he left on request.

• At 6:09 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated man was passed out in the plaza on Center Avenue.

He was not passed out. He put his hood on to protect himself from the rain.

• At 6:12 p.m. at Rezanof Drive and Mill Bay Road an owner was advised to fix his illegal loud exhaust.

• At 6:24 p.m. a phone call was received about a vehicle driving erratically at Mission Road and Center Avenue. Several calls were received about a fight in progress regarding this vehicle.

• At 6:36 p.m. someone reported a vehicle passed three others on East Rezanof Drive and drove on the sidewalk to avoid oncoming traffic. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

• At 7:08 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a man being kicked on Center Avenue. An officer arrived and found only one man, not the victim of a crime.

• At 7:23 p.m. a man was arrested for open container on Marine Way.

• At 7:56 p.m. a phone call was received from someone asking to speak to an officer about a subject who has been causing problems on Center Avenue. They were gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 10:24 p.m. a phone call was received reporting loud bass music coming from a vehicle on Willow Street.

Friday, May 4

• At 2:10 a.m. an officer was with a man sleeping in a public building on Mill Bay Road. He left on request.

• At 8:02 a.m. a vehicle was cited for parking in a red zone on Marine Way.

• At 12:02 p.m. a vehicle on Thurston Street was tagged for disposal.

• At 12:11 p.m. an owner said they would have a vehicle at Trident Basin towed.

• At 12:28 p.m. a vehicle on Ismailov Street was tagged for disposal.

• At 1:20 p.m. a man called about two vehicles driving recklessly on Mill Bay Road. An officer spoke to the drivers.

• At 1:34 p.m. there was a civil issue on Pine Crescent Loop.

• At 2:13 p.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting seeing a wanted subject at Mission Road and Marine Way. He was gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 3:06 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle was parked for two years on Mission Road. It’s not a city issue at this time.

• At 3:28 p.m. someone called reporting receiving a not sufficient funds check on Shelikof Street.

• At 3:30 p.m. a vehicle on Woody Way was tagged for disposal.

• At 3:32 p.m. a vehicle on East Rezanof Drive was cited for parking in a red zone.

• At 3:36 p.m. a vehicle was tagged for disposal on Thorsheim Street.

• At 4:20 p.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting people revving their engines very loudly at Maple Street and Thorsheim Street. All was quiet when officer arrived.

• At 4:51 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle sped past three cars in the turn lane on Mill Bay Road. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

• At 4:55 p.m. a vehicle on Father Herman Street was tagged for disposal.

• At 4:57 p.m. a phone call was received reporting six people passing around a bottle of vodka on Center Avenue. Officer found no alcohol; just a juice bottle.

• At 5 p.m. someone reported a minor accident on East Rezanof Drive. The vehicle involved were gone when officer arrived.

• At 5:22 p.m. an officer gave people on Zentner Street a no camping advisement.

• At 11:15 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a neighbor dog has been barking for an hour on Larch Street. All was quiet when officer arrived.

Saturday, May 5

• At 1:13 a.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated woman passed out and a man going through her pockets on Marine Way. The man said they are friends, but the woman was too intoxicated to communicate. They left on request.

• At 3:08 a.m. someone reported two men fighting on Marine Way. One was injured and the other ran off. Assault under investigation.

• At 8:09 a.m. a phone call was received reporting two loose dogs on Mission Road. Both were gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 9:42 a.m. a vehicle on Mill Bay Road was tagged for removal.

• At 10 a.m. someone found a purse on Shelikof Street. It was returned to the owner.

• At 10:05 a.m. a man was cited on Mill Bay Road for having studded tires.

• At 10:14 a.m. a woman was cited on Mill Bay Road for having studded tires.

• At 10:32 a.m. a woman was cited on Mill Bay Road for having studded tires.

• At 10:42 a.m. a man was cited on Mill Bay Road for having studded tires.

• At 10:05 a.m. a man was cited on Mill Bay Road for having studded tires.
