Thursday, Sept. 15

• At 12:01 a.m. an officer served a summons/subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 5:33 a.m. there was a 70-80-pound boulder at Mile 2 of Rezanof Drive. Removed.

• At 8:58 a.m. a phone call was received about domestic violence restraining order service on Mill Bay Road. Ready to be picked up.

• At 11:05 a.m. a phone call was received about unable to retrieve his dog on the hillside. ACO retrieved it and returned it to owner.

• At 12:51 p.m. at the station someone reported malicious mischief on Erskine Avenue. Vehicle broken into. Items went through but nothing stolen. Vehicle handle broken off.

• At 4:18 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Murphy Way. Male arrested for conditional release violation and misconduct involving a controlled substance IV.

• At 4:39 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Larch Street. Gone on arrival.

• At 4:52 p.m. a phone call was received about reckless driving at Center Avenue and Mission Road. Patrol advised of speeding vehicle.

• At 10:56 p.m. a phone call was received about a noise complaint on East Marine Way. All OK.

Friday, Sept. 16

• At 12:20 a.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. Reports her husband is running around her house and videotaping her from the other side of the street. Gone on arrival.

• At 1:04 a.m. a male was sleeping on a bench on Shelikof Street. Left on request.

• At 7:07 a.m. a male was cited for expired registration on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:30 a.m. a phone call was received about larceny on Mill Bay Road. Someone stole a fender off a vehicle.

• At 1:16 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Cedar Street. Gone on arrival.

• At 1:28 p.m. a phone call was received about camping inside city limits on Thorsheim Street. Patrol advised.

• At 2:01 p.m. a phone call was received about an annoying animal on Larch Street. Dogs barking all day; unfounded.

• At 6:02 p.m. a 911 call was received about a two-car motor vehicle accident on Shelikof Street; male cited for failure to yield.

• At 6:08 p.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. Reports a male picked up a ladder and walked off; gone on arrival.

• At 8:48 p.m. assisted another agency on West Rezanof Drive. Male arrested for DWI and breath refusal.

• At 9 p.m. a found wallet was turned in at the station; entered into evidence.

• At 10:41 p.m. a 911 call was received about theft of services on Alimaq Drive. Person refused to pay cab fare; paid and left before officer arrived.

Saturday, Sept. 16

• At 4:03 a.m. a 911 call was received about drunk driving on Mill Bay Road. Reports a small truck almost hit a telephone pole; gone on arrival.

• At 5:23 a.m. a female was sleeping on Marine Way; left on request.

• At 9:21 a.m. an ambulance responded to Mallard Way. One person transported to the hospital.

• At 11:03 a.m. a phone call was received about a suspicious vehicle on Larch Street. Reports a truck not belonging there; vehicle matches AST stolen vehicle; turned over.

• At 11:08 a.m. a phone call was receive about suspicious circumstances on Bonaparte Circle. Female purchased a home; has a notice that it’s deemed vacant; officer advised her of options.

• At 1:43 p.m. a phone call was received about reckless driving at Center Avenue and West Rezanof Drive. Reports an aggressive driver tailgating her and cutting her off; officer unable to locate.

• At 2:45 p.m. an officer attempted paper service on Mill Bay Road.

• At 6:04 p.m., the Kodiak Fire Department responded to a traffic accident at Shelikof Street and Jack Hinckel Way and transported one person to the hospital.

• At 9:07 p.m., Kodiak Fire Department sent an ambulance to Mill Bay Road.
