Sunday, Sept. 18

• At 1:45 a.m., a phone call was received about an assault on Center Avenue. Reports two females assaulted another female; heavy bleeding from her face; medics transported her to the hospital; under investigation.

• At 1:51 a.m. an intoxicated pedestrian was on Mill Bay Road, Male on the ground; left on request.

• At 3:14 a.m. an ambulance responded to Parkside Drive. One person transported to hospital.

• At 5 a.m. a phone call was received about assault on Marine Way. Reports a male tried assaulting him earlier; unfounded.

• At 5:27 a.m. an officer was on foot patrol downtown.

• At 5:33 a.m. a male was sleeping behind the wheel on Center Avenue; took a cab home.

• At 6:01 a.m. on Mill Bay Road a male was arrested for driving while license revoked or suspended, misconduct involving a controlled substance VI, no insurance and violate conditions of release.

• At 9:10 a.m. a male was arrested for violate conditions of release.

• At 9:45 a.m. a 911 call was received about a loose dog on Lightfoot Avenue. Dog returned to owner.

• At 2:58 p.m. an officer served paper on Beaver Lake Drive.

• At 3:06 p.m. a 911 call was received about reckless driving on Rezanof Drive. Reports two trucks weaving in and out of traffic; vehicles were not observed driving poorly.

• At 3:07 p.m. an officer attempted paper service on Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:15 p.m. an officer removed graffiti on Rezanof Drive.

• At 3:29 p.m. a phone call was received about open container on Madsen Avenue. Reports two intoxicated males passing a bottle of alcohol; officer had no contact with them.

• At 3:44 p.m. a male called to report accidentally breaking some sheetrock on Mill Bay Road; he will go in Monday to find out the cost of damages.

• At 4:03 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male with conditional violations drinking alcohol; unfounded, male has no conditions.

• At 5:03 p.m. a phone call was received reporting his vehicle was hit on Mill Bay Road; video shows no damage.

• At 6:37 p.m. an officer served a summons/subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 8:51 p.m. officer flagged down by male on Shelikof Street; male says he was assaulted yesterday by knife thrown in the bushes; not found.

• At 10:56 p.m. an officer was with a disabled vehicle on Mill Bay Road; started and left with no problems.

• At 11:33 p.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on West Rezanof Drive; gone on arrival.

Monday, Sept. 19

• At 12:41 a.m. the harbor requested alcohol strips; provided.

• At 5:13 a.m. Alaska State Troopers requested help with a fight on Thurston Lane; provided.

• At 9:02 a.m. an officer served a domestic violence restraining order on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:40 a.m. an officer served an arrest warrant on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:45 a.m. a phone call was received about harassing communication on Egan Way. Will give trespass advisement.

• At 11:11 a.m. a phone call was received about a suspicious person possibly going to siphon gas on Alimaq Drive.

• At 11:50 a.m. a phone call was received about an animal complaint on Hillside Drive. Believes a dog is left in vehicle 24/7; unfounded.

• At 1:17 p.m. a phone call was received about a warrant on Rezanof Drive; gone on arrival.
