• At 12:18 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a male banging on a door and refusing to leave; male arrested for violating conditions of release.

• At 11:06 a.m. an unoccupied four-wheeler rolled into Bartell Avenue and Mill Bay Road; contacted owner who moved it.

• At 11:08 a.m. a phone call was received reporting male has been in restroom on Mission Road for 30 minutes; gone on arrival.

• At 1:12 p.m. male reported receiving phone call asking for personal information; he did not give it, just wanted it reported.

• At 2:24 p.m. an unattended vehicle rolled into another vehicle on E. Rezanof Drive; unable to reach owner so vehicle was impounded.

• At 4:28 p.m. a phone call was received reporting receiving a letter from a disgruntled employee threatening to burn down the business; under investigation.

• At 4:50 p.m. officer looking for campers at Benny Benson Drive; none found.

• At 5:01 p.m. subpoena served on Mill Bay Road.

• At 5:11 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male refusing to leave shuttle van on Thorsheim; called back and said he finally left.

• At 5:24 p.m. male cited for failure to use due care to avoid collision on Rezanof/Mill Bay.

• At 6:18 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male trying to hitchhike on Marine Way; gone on arrival.

• At 6:37 p.m. male cited for parking in a taxi stand.

• At 8:09 p.m. a camping advisement given to a male on Alimaq Drive.

• At 8:36 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting an intoxicated male will not leave; gone on arrival.

• At 9:21 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated male will not leave; left upon request.

• At 9:45 p.m. male arrested for drunk on licensed premises, criminal trespass II and resisting arrest.

• At 9:49 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a female hearing a loud explosion; officer did not hear or see anything suspicious.

• At 12:18 a.m. a 911 call was placed reporting male punched a hole in the wall and is trying to fight with other patrons on Center Ave; male given permanent trespass from establishment.

• At 1:55 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle almost drove into a building on East Rezanof/Marine; unable to locate.

• At 2:06 a.m. male cited for no vehicle insurance.

• At 3:15 a.m. a 911 call was received from a female reporting her intoxicated boyfriend stole her vehicle and hit another vehicle; male arrested for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.

• At 5:04 a.m. an officer broke up a fight between two males on Marine Way; both parties were amiable and released with warnings.

• At 7:52 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle in the ditch on W. Rezanof Drive; no damage, no injuries.

• At 11:28 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a dog coming onto her Larch Street property; forwarded to animal control officer.

• At 12:46 p.m. a phone call was received reporting two males jumping into then out of boats at Dog Bay; unable to locate, a fisherman told officer they were looking for jobs.

• At 1:03 p.m. a phone call was received reporting that a dog keeps using her Hemlock Street property as a bathroom; forwarded to animal control.

• At 4:10 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a crow at Armstrong Avenue and Rezanof Drive had a dart sticking out of its chest; notified fish and game. Bird seems to be doing fine, as it was called in last week, also.

• At 4:48 p.m. a phone call was received reporting racing vehicles on W. Rezanof Drive; patrol advised.

• At 5:20 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a hit and run on Marine Way.

• At 5:30 p.m. an officer was unable to catch a loose dog on Center Ave/Marine.

• At 5:33 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle blocking two parking spaces on Mylark Road; owner moved upon request.

• At 7:38 p.m. a KPD responded to a report of threatening messages to a family on Shelikof Street; under investigation.

• At 9:38 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a dog being hit by a vehicle on Ole Johnson/Rezanof.

• At 9:52 p.m. an officer heard loud music on Larch Street; compiled to turn it down.

Sunday, April 1

• At 12:40 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a male stumbling in and out of Mill Bay Road; gone on arrival.

• At 9:08 a.m. a female was given 24 hours to provide proof of vehicle insurance.

• At 12:58 p.m. a new resident asked for directions on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 1:31 p.m. a phone call was received from female reporting a credit card being used without authorization; did not return officer's phone call.

• At 1:43 p.m. a female was given 24 hours to provide proof of vehicle insurance.

• At 201 p.m. an officer was flagged down on West Rezanof Drive for a fight between two males; neither party wanted to press charges.

• At 3:05 p.m. a phone call was received reporting vehicle partially parked in the Larch Street; working on getting it moved.

• At 5:04 p.m. a male was arrested for failure to report to jail.

• At 5:09 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a dog being hit by a vehicle on Madsen Ave; info given to animal control officer.

• At 6:08 p.m. A man wanted to speak to a specific officer regarding drug paraphernalia left by his tenants; officer called, no answer.

• At 6:32 p.m. a phone call was received reporting prank calls supposedly from KPD; a website uses other numbers for prank calls, under investigation.

• At 8:43 p.m. a male was arrested for assault in the fourth degree on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 9:43 p.m. a 911 call was placed reporting reckless driving on Shelikof/Marine; gone on arrival.

• At 11:19 p.m. a phone call was received reporting marijuana smell on Hillcrest Drive; patrol advised.
