• At 6:55 a.m., a caller reported vehicles with loud mufflers speeding through town frequently and would like more officer presence. Patrolling officers were advised.

• At 7:43 p.m., police warned a driver in the Powell Avenue and Mill Bay Road area for speeding.

• At 7:55 a.m., a caller reported foul writing on a wooden sign on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:50 a.m., a caller from Mill Bay Road reported someone possibly camping within city limits.

• At 10 a.m., police responded to parking offenses on West Marine Way. The vehicles were moved when police asked.

• At 10 a.m., police began investigating graffiti on Near Island Bridge.

• At 10:38 a.m., police began investigating graffiti on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:06 p.m., a caller reported two dogs locked in a vehicle on West Marine Way. Officers checked and the dogs appeared healthy and fine.

• At 2:08 p.m., a caller reported a loose dog on Mill Bay Road. It was impounded.

• Around 2:33 p.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 2:36 p.m., police conducted a security check on West Marine Way.

• Around 2:38 p.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 2:40 p.m., police received a report of prescription drugs stolen from an unsecured vehicle on East Rezanof Drive.

• Around 2:45 p.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 6:51 p.m., police cited a driver in the Lynden Way and Larch Street for driving with a suspended license and having no proof of insurance.

• At 8:04 p.m., police observed a loose tire fly out of a truck on Mill Bay Road. It was retrieved and everything was OK.

• Around 10:28 p.m., police conducted three bar checks downtown.

• At 11:05 p.m., police asked a man to leave Marine Way. He did so.

• At 11:26 p.m., police responded to criminal trespass on Murphy Way and arrested a man for a warrant.
