• At 1:01 a.m. an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:13 a.m. two male juveniles were advised of curfew and sent home.

• At 3:42 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting a fire at Baranof Park.

• At 3:57 a.m. a security check was done at Powell Ave.

• At 10:15 a.m. a citizen reported found property.

• At 10:58 a.m. an abandoned vehicle was red tagged.

• At 1:14 p.m. an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:23 p.m. police investigated suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. Complainant was uncooperative.

• At 1:59 p.m. court request remand of subject to jail.

• At 3:09 p.m. assisted Alaska State Troopers with investigation on Von Scheele Way.

• At 4:09 p.m. a deceptive business practice was reported on Mill Bay Road. Under investigation.

• At 4:31 p.m. a 911 caller reported a negligent driver. Unable to locate.

• At 6:41 p.m. a 911 caller requested a patrol of Purtov St for a suspicious person.

• At 8:39 p.m. a person was arrested for violating condition of release on Rezanof Drive. Lodged at Kodiak jail.

• At 11:52 a.m. a 911 caller reported loud music on Purtov St. Violator contacted and agreed to turn down music.

Thursday, Aug. 2

• At 1:30 a.m. advised three juveniles of curfew and released to parents on Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:01 a.m. a suspicious adult male was observed on Birch St.

• At 3:05 a.m. an officer conducted a security check on Mill Bay Road.

• At 5:08 and 5:22 a.m. an officer removed traffic cones from Rezanof Drive.

• At 5:54 a.m. a driver was cited for no proof of insurance on Selief Lane.

• At 6:17 a.m. an officer inspected a suspicious vehicle. Unfounded.

• At 10:12 a.m. a caller reported somebody camping in a vehicle in city limits. The camper was advised of his violation and left upon request.

• At 10:25 a.m. a caller reported gas cans were stolen from a yard on Madsen Ave. No suspects.

• At 10:33 a.m. an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 11:04 and 11:14 a.m. violators were cited for a traffic offense on Marine Way.

• At 11:30 a.m. a violator was cited for a traffic offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 1:06, 1:08 and 1:13 p.m. violators were cited for traffic offenses on Shelikof Street.

• At 1:32 p.m. a violator was cited for a traffic offense on Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:45 p.m. a violator was cited for a traffic offense on Shelkof Street.

• At 6:20 p.m. a caller reported a subject blocking private driveway on Larch Street. Situation resolved.

• At 6:52 p.m. a vehicle was cited for parking in a red zone on Rezanof Drive.

• At 7:30 p.m. a caller reported a reckless driver. Unable to locate.

• At 8:34 p.m. a man was removed from Cedar Street.

• At 8:58 p.m. a caller reported missing property on Rezanof Drive. Property was recovered and returned to owner.

• At 9:27 p.m. an intoxicated pedestrian was deemed to be safe.

• At 10:12 p.m. an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 10:38 p.m. a loose dog got away.

• At 10:43 p.m. a REDDI vehicle was located and driver arrested for DUI. Lodged at Kodiak jail.
