• At 2:15 a.m., police conducted a security check on Selief Lane.

• At 2:25 a.m., police conducted a bar check.

• At 3:46 a.m., officers responded to a bear sighting on Bonaparte Circle. The bear had tipped over a garbage can and was gone when officers arrived.

• At 6:17 a.m., officers conducted a welfare check on Purtov St. Everything was OK.

• At 8:31 a.m., police cited a man for not exercising due care on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 9:03 a.m., police responded to a driving issue on Mill Bay Raod. Everything was OK.

• At 9:32 a.m., officers served an arrest warrant to a person on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:41 a.m., officers investigated a barking dog on Spruce Cape Road.

• At 9:45 a.m., officers attempted to serve a person on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:12 a.m., police responded to a vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. The person wanted it logged for insurance reasons.

• Around 10:15 a.m., officers tried to serve people on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:52 a.m., a person on Birch Avenue accidentally dialed 911. Officers investigated and confirmed the misdial.

• At 11:34 a.m., police served papers at the police department.

• At 11:52 a.m., a person on Stellar Way reported several items had been stolen from her vehicles during the past month.

• At 11:56 a.m., police impounded a loose dog in the Antone and Mallard Ways area.

• At 12:40 p.m., police received a report of a school bus on Mill Bay Road being passed when its lights were on. It is under investigation.

• At 12:40 p.m., police received a call about an injured dog in Old Harbor. The dog was flown to Kodiak at 7:21 p.m. and is under investigation.

• At 1:06 p.m., police received a call for a welfare check on Wolkoff Lane. Everything was OK.

• At 1:46 p.m., police received a 911 call, and confirmed it was a misdial.

• At 1:47 p.m., police received a call about a barking dog on Sharatin Road. The owner was warned.

• At 1:54 p.m., police received a call about an abandoned vehicle in the Spruce Cape/Mission Road area. Officers planned to investigate the next day.

• At 2:27 p.m., police removed debris from the Vone Scheele Way and Mill Bay Road area.

• At 2:52 p.m., police received a call about annoying animals on Ugak Drive. The dogs were taken inside.

• At 4:15 p.m., a bus driver reported that she had been passed while her red lights were on in the 17th Avenue and Mission Road area.

• At 4:08 p.m., police received a phone call about an animal on Von Scheele Way. Everything was OK.

• At 5:02 p.m., officers patrolled for loose animals in the Bells Flats area.

• At 5:46 p.m., police received a call about speeding vehicles on Mission Road. Patrolling officers were advised.

• At 6:10 p.m., officers patrolled for loose animals on Monashka Bay Road.

• At 6:18 p.m., police impounded a loose dog on Marmot Drive.

• At 9:14 p.m., police received a disorderly conduct call. The captain of the boat responsible turned their loud music down and said he would make sure no one drank on docks.

• Between 10:12 p.m. and 11:22 p.m., three bears were reported knocking over trash cans, getting into a dumpster and in a back yard in the 200 block of Murphy Way and the 1900 block of Mill Bay Road. The bear or bears were gone when officers arrived.

• At 11:30 p.m., someone reported a weaving vehicle going slowly on West Rezanof Drive. Officers found the vehicle and found the person was not under the influence. She said her dog had been interfering with driving.
