• At 6:58 a.m. a vehicle on West Rezanof Drive had hazard on; driver checking fuel tank.

• At 7:07 a.m. a female lost control of vehicle on East Rezanof Drive due to icy roads; did not hit anyone or anything.

• At 9:29 a.m. a phone call was received reporting receiving a $50 counterfeit bill on Marine Way.

• At 9:56 a.m. a phone call was received reporting his adult daughter is receiving text messages from a man she has a restraining order on; officer advised him to have his daughter call KPD.

• At 1:09 p.m. there was a dog loose on Selief Lane; advised owner to keep dog on leash.

• At 1:15 p.m. the daughter from the earlier call came in to KPD to speak with an officer.

• At 3:12 p.m. a phone call was received reporting someone is cutting wood without a permit on Lilly Lake; gone on arrival.

• At 3:41 p.m. a found cellphone was surrendered to evidence.

• At 4:20 p.m. a female reported forgery an fraud directed against another adult; spoke with an officer.

• At 4:40 p.m. a dog was loose on Mill Bay Road; taken to shelter.

• At 4:48 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle driving erratically and swerving for miles on East Rezanof Drive; officer unable to locate.

• At 11:34 p.m. there was a broken trunk latch on a vehicle on Marine Way; officer unable to get it secure.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

• At 1:02 a.m. a phone call was received from a male reporting a male yelling at a female on Marine Way; complaint unfounded. No one in the area.

• At 2:47 a.m. an officer red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on Alimaq Drive.

• At 8:23 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle has been parked on Marine Way one month.

• At 11:27 a.m. another agency reported a grader hit a vehicle; parties exchanged information and logged for insurance.
