• At 12:30 a.m. a phone call was received and the hospital cleared a person from an earlier call and officers brought him into protective custody.

• At 1:03 a.m. a phone call was received reporting people outside on Murphy Way being loud and obnoxious. A disorderly conduct advisement was given.

• At 4:02 a.m. a vehicle was in a parking lot on Mill Bay Road. Will contact owner when they open.

• At 4:23 a.m. a citizen found a credit card and ID on Marine Way. Returned to owner.

• At 7:07 a.m. an officer was with a man who was behaving oddly on Center Avenue. He was not intoxicated.

• At 9:03 a.m. a phone call was received from a woman reporting a man in a vehicle was yelling sexual comments to her as she rode her bicycle to work on Mission Road. No assault or harassment, but she was advised to apply for a restraining order and call KPD if it happens again.

• At 10:24 a.m. an officer helped a citizen get air into her tire on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 10:30 a.m. officers found a sweatshirt and a phone on Marine Way. Thy were entered into evidence.

• At 11:35 a.m. a phone call was received reporting four people were highly intoxicated and hitting each other on Marine Way. No assault.

and they moved on.
