• At 3:22 a.m. a 911 call was received with an unfounded complaint on Alimaq Drive.

• At 8:18 a.m. a phone call was received about passing a school bus at Pine Crescent Loop and Birch Avenue. Officers patrolled area; no contact.

• At 8:42 a.m. a subpoena was served on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 9:33 a.m. a wallet was found on Mission Road; dispatcher contacted owner and they will pick it up.

• At 11:02 a.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated subject who would not leave on West Rezanof Drive; officer assisted him to his room.

• At 12:39 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male is on the floor and seems chemically altered on Mill Bay Road; left on officer request.

• At 12:58 p.m. an abandoned vehicle was marked for 24-hour removal on Kashevaroff Avenue.

• At 1:02 p.m. an abandoned vehicle was marked for 24-hour removal on East Marine Way.

• At 1:05 p.m. an abandoned vehicle was marked for 24-hour removal on Marine Way.

• At 1:52 p.m. paper was served on Center Ave.

• At 2:04 p.m. paper was served on Center Ave.

• At 2:16 p.m. an abandoned vehicle was marked for 24-hour removal on East Marine Way.

• At 2:19 p.m. an abandoned vehicle was marked for 24-hour removal on East Marine Way.

• At 2:47 p.m. paper was served on Center Avenue.

• At 4:05 p.m. a phone call was received about a civil issue; officer gave options.

• 4:31 p.m. a phone call was received reporting two vehicles have been parked for over a week on Mission Road; officer contacted owners. Advised they need to move their vehicles or they will be towed the next day.

• At 4:33 p.m. an officer was out with a stalled vehicle on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:38 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting his vehicle was hit while parked in his driveway on Willow Street; suspect vehicle unknown.

• At 4:47 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male shoplifting some items on Mill Bay Road; items returned. KPD waiting on management to decide what avenue they would like to pursue.

• At 8:51 p.m. a phone call was received about protective custody on East Rezanof Drive. Female subject not intoxicated enough to bring into protective custody; she went home on request.

• At 9:28 p.m. a phone call was received reporting neighbors’ music is too loud on Mill Bay Road. Caller called KPD back and said their landlord too care of the matter.

• At 9:31 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Shelikof Street; gone on arrival.

• At 11:18 p.m. a phone call was received from a female reporting an intruder in her home on High Street. Officer checked thoroughly and there were no signs of an intruder.

Wednesday, March 7

• At 9:26 a.m. a phone call was received about a welfare check on Erskine Avenue. Believes neighbor fell out of her bed; all OK.

• At 10:38 a.m. a phone call was received reporting his vehicle was damaged on March 6; unable to investigate due to length of time passed, but he wanted it logged for insurance.

• At 11:49 a.m. paper was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 11:51 a.m. paper was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 11:56 a.m. paper was served to an inmate at KPD jail.

• At 12:43 p.m. paper service was attempted on Jackson Lane.

• At 1:42 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male trying to sell discounted food outside of the building on West Rezanof Drive; gone on arrival.

• At 2:55 p.m. a phone call was received from a female on Center Avenue reporting that she keeps getting texts from someone and the refuse to stop; officer suggested she contact her cellular provider to block the number.

• At 3:11 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a minor motor vehicle accident on East Rezanof Drive; wanted it logged for insurance.

• At 3:45 p.m. a phone call was received and a warrant arrest was served to an inmate at KPD Jail.

• At 7:27 p.m. paper was served to a male in the KPD lobby.

• At 8:30 p.m. a phone call was received from a female on Mill Bay Road reporting another female showing her picture around, telling people to call her if they see this person; no reported threat.

• At 10:06 p.m. a phone call was received reporting the neighbor dogs continuously bark; officer spoke with the resident and they will take care of it when they get home.

• At 10:08 p.m. a phone call was received and a male was taken into protective custody on Alimaq Drive.

• At 11:47 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male driving a vehicle onto the sidewalk on Center Avenue; officer found vehicle parked and warned owner not to drive.
