• At 9:34 a.m. a vehicle was ticketed for parking in a metered space at St. Paul Harbor. It also was red-tagged.

• At 10:22 a.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting the alarm of a vehicle parked in front of his house on West Rezanof Drive was constantly going off. Its owner said she would move the vehicle.

• At 12:15 p.m. a vehicle on Marine Way was cited for parking in a red zone.

• At 1:12 p.m. a phone call was received from a woman reporting a CD and her keys were stolen on Mission Road. She called KPD later and said they were found.

• At 1:35 p.m. a dog owner was given a warning for loose dogs on Madsen Avenue.

• At 2:04 p.m. loose dogs at the harbormaster office escaped in different directions.

• At 2:08 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on East Rezanof Drive. It was gone when an officer arrived.

• At 2:26 p.m. a vehicle was cited for parking in a metered zone on Marine Way.

• At 2:46 p.m. a phone call was received from someone reporting a barking dog at her home on Larch Street. The owner put it in the house.

• At 3:20 p.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting several things were stolen from his vehicle on Mission Road.

• At 3:54 p.m. a phone call was received from someone reporting both of his vehicles were rifled through on Kouskov Street and several things were stolen. The caller found a set of keys belonging to the person from the 1:12 p.m. call as well as other items. The keys were returned to their owner.

• At 4:25 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a dog is frequently let out in the evenings on Baranof Street and the caller is afraid it will get hit. Patrol was advised.

• At 5:58 someone found a purse on Shelikof Street. It was returned to its owner.

• At 7:14 p.m. a phone call was received from someone reporting something stolen from the bed of his truck on Mill Bay Road.

• At 8:20 p.m. someone reported finding a bag of clothing on Mill Bay Road. It was returned to its owner.

• At 9:32 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a man was yelling at people and throwing a soap bottle on West Marine Way. He was gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 10:27 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a man trying to start fights on West Marine Way. He was gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 10:32 p.m. an officer was out with subjects on Marine Way. All was OK.
