• At 2:47 a.m. a 911 call was received and a woman on Woody Way was arrested for domestic violence assault IV.

• At 4:47 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting two men fighting on Marine Way. They were gone when officer arrived.

• At 4:56 a.m. an officer found a man urinating in public on Marine Way. He was admonished and left on request.

• At 5:08 a.m. a man on Marine Way was given an open container advisement and he dumped it out.

• At 8:36 a.m. a vehicle on Marine Way was tagged for disposal.

• At 8:53 a.m. an officer advised two people at Gibson Cove they had better not set up camp in city limits.

• At 9:23 a.m. an officer was flagged down by a man on Benny Benson Drive reporting his dog had been missing for 12 hours.

• At 11:15 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting a man driving on Purtov Street without insurance. Patrol was advised.

• At 1:03 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting seeing a very intoxicated man enter a vehicle on West Marine Way. He was intoxicated but not operating his vehicle. He locked his vehicle and left on foot.

• At 3 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a disabled vehicle partially in the road at West Rezanof Drive and Gibson Cove. It had a flat tire. It was fixed and an officer provided traffic control until it was moving.

• At 6:07 p.m. a woman on Thorsheim Street was cited for having studded tires.

• At 6:15 p.m. someone reported a truck backed into his vehicle on Carolyn Street. He wanted it logged for insurance.

• At 6:40 p.m. a woman on Mill Bay Road was cited for having studded tires.

• At 7:32 p.m. a woman on Mill Bay Road was cited for having studded tires.

• At 7:41 p.m. a woman on Mill Bay Road was cited for having studded tires and no proof of insurance.

• At 8:03 p.m. a woman on Mill Bay Road was cited for having studded tires.

• At 8:44 p.m. a man on Marine Way admitted to drinking and an officer advised him not to drive.

• At 8:54 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a place where a wanted subject might be found on Yukon Street. They were gone on officer’s arrival.

• At 8:57 p.m. on Shelikof Street a woman was cited for having studded tires and no proof of insurance.

• At 10:05 p.m. on East Rezanof Drive a man was cited for having studded tires and no proof of insurance.

• At 10:44 p.m. a woman was stopped on Mill Bay Road for a headlight out and cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 10:58 p.m. at Powell Avenue and Rezanof Drive a man was given an advisement for speeding.

Monday, May 7

• At 12:13 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a strange backpack on Mill Bay Road. It was trash, not a pack.

• At 12:16 a.m. an officer reported spotting a missing dog on Mill Bay Road. It was gone when officer arrived.

• At 9:56 a.m. a man was cited for parking in a red zone on Shelikof Street.

• At 10:20 a.m. a phone call was received about a counterfeit $50 bill on Marine Way. Under investigation.

• At 10:36 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a chain link fence on Benny Benson Drive had been ripped off by a bear sometime that night. No tracks found. Fish and Game was notified.

• At 10:46 a.m. a phone call was received from someone at Ole Johnson Avenue and East Rezanof Drive reporting he ran over a cat, but it took off as he was talking to the dispatcher.

• At 11 a.m. a vehicle was tagged for disposal on Shelikof Street.

• At 11:20 a.m. a vehicle was tagged for disposal on Selief Lane.

• At 11:59 a.m. a vehicle was tagged for disposal on Kouskov Street.

• At 1:01 p.m. a vehicle was tagged for disposal on Baranof Street.

• At 1:38 p.m. arrest warrants were served to inmates at KPD Jail.

• At 2:48 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated man on Marine Way barely able to stand. Officer assessed he did not meet criteria for protective custody. He left on request.

• At 2:58 p.m. a 911 call was received about a citizen’s arrest on Marine Way on a man for stealing from a vehicle. He was remanded to KPD Jail.

• At 3:23 p.m. a phone call was received about a citizen’s arrest on Marine Way on a man for urinating in public and indecent exposure. He was remanded to KPD Jail.

• At 3:29 p.m. an abandoned vehicle on Marine Way was red-tagged.

• At 4:39 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a couple on Thorsheim Street yelling at each other. Caller was concerned for their child. Concern unfounded.

• At 4:45 p.m. a vehicle on Mill Bay Road was impounded.

• At 5:24 p.m. a 911 call was received and a man was arrested for DUI on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:44 p.m. a phone call was received reporting suspicious people in a vehicle on Pillar Mountain Road. They were gone when officer arrived.

• At 9:47 p.m. a phone call was received reporting two vehicles broken down next to the guardrail on East Rezanof Drive, causing a traffic hazard. They were gone when officer arrived.

• At 9:54 p.m. a phone call was received and a vehicle on Shelikof Street was impounded.

• At 10:48 on Marine Way an officer chased a woman wanted for two warrants. She was arrested for a domestic violence restraining order and violating conditions of release.
