On Thursday, a Kodiak Grand Jury indicted Janice Alexanderoff, 25, on two counts of second-degree drugs misconduct with intent to deliver (a class A felony), one count of second-degree weapons misconduct for a drug crime (a class B felony), and one count of third-degree drugs misconduct with intent to deliver (a class B felony).
Alexanderoff was the passenger in the vehicle that the Kodiak Police Department seized $23,500 of methamphetamine from on Jan. 9. The indictment alleges that she also had a role in dealing meth.
The driver of the vehicle, Kuu'ipo Miramontes was arrested last week and is being held at the Kodiak Jail.
The court issued an arrest warrant for Alexanderoff with a bail of $100,000 and a court-approved third-party custodian.
