The tour features world champion cowboy Kaycee Feild, Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association world champion and Hall of Fame member Anne Ellett, former Miss Rodeo America and Miss Wrangler National Patriot 2011-2014 Maegan Ridley, Nashville country music singer and songwriter Lucas Hoge, and Wrangler Corp. director of western events and athletes Jeff Chadwick. The host will be Marine Corps veteran Col. John Bates, a three-time Purple Heart recipient, and Lt. Robi Powers of American300 Tours. This is the first year the American300 tour will tour with the Coast Guard. They will visit Coast Guard units in Dutch Harbor, Homer, Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan. These events are open to active duty and reserve military members, dependents, veterans and MWR eligible patrons. During the tour, the cowboys and cowgirls will share personal life stories, roping lessons and acoustic guitar performances. They will also be available for meet-and-greets. “Over the years we've run into Coast Guard Guardians in some of the strangest places in the Middle East and Afghanistan, places you wouldn't expect to see them performing duties,” said Feild. “Being able to meet them around water and doing their more traditional jobs outside of the Middle East and the war zones is going to highlight the five years that I've been spending Memorial Day Week with our service members.”
