• At 4:07 p.m. an officer was on Marine about violating conditions of release. Subject was lost in Crab Festival crowd.

• At 6:58 p.m. on West Rezanof a male was cited for parking in taxi stand.

• At 7:25 p.m. a phone call was received about animal cruelty on Shelikof. Vehicle was gone on arrival.

Saturday, May 28

• At 1:49 a.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Maine. Gone on arrival.

• At 5:45 a.m. on Mill Bay an officer removed a dead animal from roadway.

• At 9:14 a.m. at the station someone reported a civil issue on Thorsheim.

• At 9:55 a.m. a phone call was received about stolen property on Marine. Vendor at Crab Festival had many various items stolen; under investigation.

• At 10:02 a.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay. Owner retrieved before arrival.

• At 1:08 p.m. at the station someone reported bicycle theft on Mission. Under investigation.

• At 2:39 p.m. an officer found an ATM card on Marine.

• At 4:22 p.m. a female was cited for no insurance; vehicle had expired tags, brake light out; impounded.

• At 5:39 p.m. a female was arrested on Marine for violating conditions of release.

• At 5:50 p.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Benny Benson. Fire department testing hydrant; all OK.

• At 6:46 p.m. a 911 call was received about reckless driving at Birch and Mill Bay. Male cited for drug paraphernalia.

• At 7:15 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic offense on Cedar. Auto not blocking driveway.

• At 8:50 p.m. a phone call was received about violating terms of restraining order on Marine. Left on arrival.

• At 10:49 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Lilly. Gone on arrival.

• At 11:05 p.m. at the station someone brought in a card. Returned to owner.

• At 11:40 p.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay. All OK.

Sunday, May 29

• At 12:08 a.m. a phone call was received about harassing communication on Ismailov. No crime committed.

• At 1:21 a.m. someone flagged down an officer on Center. Just wanted to say hi.

• At 1:26 a.m. on West Marine person in street wanted to ask a question.

• At 1:57 a.m. a phone call was received about disorderly conduct on West Marine. Male left in a cab.

• At 2:37 a.m. an officer checked suspicious circumstances on West Marine. Subjects were part of the vendors; all OK.

• At 3:35 a.m. an officer found disorderly conduct on Marine. Left on request.

• At 4:52 a.m. a citizen reported counterfeiting on Marine. Male gave officer $5 bill he believed to be fake.

• At 10:29 a.m. a 911 call was received about reckless driving at Wilson and Mill Bay. No crime committed.

• At 11:24 a.m. on Mallard an officer took one loose dog to owner; couldn’t catch other.

• At 11:53 a.m. an officer was on East Marine about a parking issue. Vehicle moved.

• At 2:12 p.m. an officer assisted a motorist at Mill Bay and Rezanof. Motorhome stuck in turn lane; moved.

• At 2:42 p.m. at the station someone reported a minor motor vehicle accident on Mission. Minor damage; information exchanged.

• At 2:52 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic hazard at Erskine and Rezanof. KPD flares still working.

• At 3:28 p.m. a phone call was received about animal welfare at Wilton and Perez. All OK; dog was out for a bathroom break.

• At 5:11 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Shelikof. All OK; male was just resting.

• At 5:54 p.m. an officer reported all OK on Marine.

• At 6:02 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic offense on Marine. Male cited for parking in handicap spot without a placard.

• At 8:21 p.m. on Selief an officer served a summons for the Unalaska Police Department.

• At 9:05 p.m. at the station someone reported leaving the scene of an accident on Mill Bay. Under investigation.

• At 9:26 p.m. at Dog Bay a male was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• At 9:26 p.m. on Center a male passed out from a fight; left with a friend.

• At 10:29 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic hazard on Rezanof. Vehicle moved.

• At 10:57 p.m. a phone call was received about an annoying animal on Beaver Lake Loop. No one home; will follow up.

• At 10:41 p.m. a phone call was received about harassing communication on Rezanof. Officer suggested ways to respond to nasty email.

• At 11:17 p.m. a 911 call was received about an aggressive dog on Ptarmigan. Advised ACO.

Monday, May 30

• At 12:53 a.m. a phone call was received about a disturbance on Lynden. Music turned down on request.

• At 4 a.m. a phone call was received about a disturbance on Mill Bay. Thumping noises from apartment above.

• At 11:51 a.m. a phone call was received about drunk driving on Center. Unable to locate vehicle.

• At 1:08 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic offense on Hemlock. Gone on arrival.

• At 1:57 p.m. an officer found a debit card on Marine. Owner notified.

• At 4:51 p.m. a male was arrested at Pillar Mountain Road and Selief for elude/evading an officer and no insurance.

• At 7:15 p.m. a 911 call was received about drunk driving on Ole Johnson. Not impaired; advised to drive more courteously.

• At 11:02 p.m. a phone call was received about a noise disturbance on Center. Car stereo turned down.

• At 11:20 p.m. a phone call was received about domestic violence on Thorsheim. No fighting; birthday celebration.

Tuesday, May 31

• At 2:04 a.m. an officer checked suspicious circumstances at Dog Bay. Hitching up their boat; all OK.

• At 5:57 a.m. a phone call was received about a disturbance. Thought he heard gunshots. Officer checked; all OK.

• At 10:59 a.m. at the station someone reported a hit and run. Hit vehicle while parked; under investigation.

• At 12:50 p.m. a phone call was received about intoxicated pedestrians at Carolyn and Mill Bay. Gone on arrival.

• At 1:17 p.m. a phone call was received about a bike found on Marine. Will impound it if owner doesn’t retrieve it.

• At 2:10 p.m. a phone call was received and a no panhandling advisement given on Marine.

• At 2:25 p.m. an officer checked a suspicious vehicle under Near Island Bridge. All OK.

• At 2:29 p.m. an officer was on scene about a loose dog on East Rezanof. Owner claimed dog.

• At 2:35 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Marine. All OK.

• At 2:55 p.m. a 911 call was received and a male arrested for violating conditions of release, indecent exposure and urinating in public.

• At 6:08 p.m. a phone call was received about vehicle theft on Alimaq. Under investigation.

• At 6:41 p.m. a phone call was received and an officer provided a jump start on Mill Bay.

• At 10:10 p.m. a phone call was received about a disturbance on Mill Bay. Auto alarm went off as they were jump-starting their vehicle.

• At 11:12 p.m. a phone call was received about criminal trespass on Madsen. Man tried stealing his vehicle.

Wednesday, June 1

• At 12:26 a.m. a phone call was received about a disturbance on Mill Bay. All OK on arrival.

• At 5:23 a.m. a 911 call was received about a loose dog on Arctic Tern. ACO notified by email; owner said he would get a new lead.

• At 7:38 a.m. a phone call was received about reckless driving on East Rezanov. Headed out of town; MILPOL and AST advised.

• At 8:29 a.m. a 911 call was received about a disturbance on Mill Bay. Verbal dispute.

• At 10:11 a.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay. Gone on arrival.

•At 10:30 a.m. a phone call was received about suspicious circumstances on Alimaq. Someone went through his glove box; nothing stolen.

• At 11:22 a.m. a 911 call was received about a welfare check. All OK.

• At 2:57 p.m. a loose dog on Mission got away from an officer.

• At 4:11 p.m. KPD assisted another agency on Marine. Stood by for custody exchange.

•At 5:37 p.m. at the station someone reported fraud on Willow. Someone used his credit card; under investigation.

• At 6:55 p.m. a phone call was received about a sexual offender violation on Mill Bay. Could not locate subject.

• At 7:03 p.m. an officer served a domestic violence restraining order on Natalia.
