Friday, Sept. 23

• At 11:57 a.m. a 911 call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Center Avenue. Minor damage; parties exchanged information.

• At 12:18 p.m. at the station someone reported animal cruelty on Cope Street. Reports neighbor leaves dog penned up for 23 hours per day. Had food, water and looked healthy. ACO will follow up.

• At 12:45 p.m. a phone call was received about an officer needed in court room.

• At 1:22 p.m. ACO was out with two loose dogs at St. Paul Harbor; owner called them.

• At 2:53 p.m. a phone call was received about two skateboarders crossing traffic unsafely on Mill Bay Road; reports one almost hit; unable to locate.

• At 2:53 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Von Scheele Way; gone

on arrival.

• At 7:21 a bicyclist was riding on the sidewalk on Marine Way; given an advisement.

• At 7:25 p.m. a citizen reported an intoxicated subject on the ground on Marine Way; officer checked; drunk but OK.

• At 10:05 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Benny Benson Avenue. Thought female was intoxicated falling into traffic; officer checked; no alcohol; she hurt her ankle.

• At 10:22 p.m. an officer was on foot patrol on Center Avenue.

Saturday,

Sept. 24

• At 2:08 a.m. a 911 call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on East Rezanof Drive. Gone on arrival.

• At 2:29 a.m. a phone call was recveive about indecent exposure on Center Ave. Couple copulating; given warning.

• At 6:18 a.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on Thorsheim Street. Subject sleeping on the floor; left on request.

• At 2 p.m. a 911 call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. Female cited for no registration and no insurance.

• At 3:25 p.m. there was a motor vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. Minor fender bender; parties exchanged information.

• At 3:45 p.m. a phone call was received reporting his bicycle was stolen on Larch Street.

• At 5:20 p.m. a phone call was received and a male was cited for parking in a handicapped spot on Mill Bay Road.

• At 6:13 p.m. a 911 call was received and a male was arrested for assault IV on Kashevaroff Avenue.

• At 6:50 p.m. a phone call was received about an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street.
