• At 1:33 a.m. a phone call was received and a male was arrested on Selief Lane for harassment and domestic violence.

• At 5:16 a.m. a 911 call was received requesting an officer to check a possible fight on Marine Way.

• At 5:18 a.m. a male was arrested for disorderly conduct on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:15 a.m. a phone call was received reporting DUI on Mission Road. Patrol advised.

• At 10:48 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a man may be living on a boat owned by someone else on Hillary Lane; all OK.

• At 3:05 p.m. an officer attempted paper service on Mission Road.

• At 4:17 p.m. a phone call was received about loose dogs on East Rezanof Drive. Gone on arrival.

• At 4:19 p.m. a phone call was received about an annoying dog on Madsen Street. No barking while officer there; emailed ACO; ACO checked area several times; no barking.

• At 5:23 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay Road. Someone who knows the owner picked it up.

• At 9:54 p.m. a phone call was received reporting his boat has been broken into and items thrown all over the place on Trident Way.

• At 10:15 p.m. a phone call was received about assault on Marine Way and a male was arrested on four warrants.

• At 10:26 p.m. a phone call was received reporting someone is watching him on West Rezanof Drive; after investigating, all OK.

Monday, Sept. 26

• At 12:01 KPD was requested to assure scene safety on West Rezanof Drive due to a paranoid male.

•At 12:03 a.m. a 911 call was received about a female locked out of her residence; dispatch called numbers for assistance with no success; she got in without KPD help.

• At 1:04 a.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Trident Basin Road. Gone on arrival.

• At 9:44 a.m. an officer served paper on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 9:55 a.m. an officer attempted to serve paper on Cedar Street.

• At 10:01 a.m. an officer served paper on Thorsheim Street.

• At 10:41 an officer served paper on Cedar Street.

• At 10:50 a.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay Road. Taken to shelter.

• At 11:09 a.m. an officer removed graffiti from a dumpster on Marine Way.

• At 11:20 a.m. an officer removed graffiti from a pay phone on West Rezanof Drive.

• At 11:20 a.m. an officer removed graffiti from a newspaper stand on Marine Way.

• At 11:25 a.m. an officer removed graffiti from a trash can on Marine Way.

• At 2:57 p.m. an officer served paper on Mill Bay Road.

• At 8:45 p.m. a phone call was received about aggressive dogs on Seabreeze Circle. Advised to call Alaska State Troopers.

• At 9:13 p.m. another agency reported a deer had been hit by a vehicle on East Rezanof Drive; vehicle not damaged and deer gone on arrival.

• At 9:59 p.m. Alaska State Troopers requested assistance locating a stolen vehicle at the State Airport. Patrol advised.

• At 11:45 p.m. a phone call was received from Alaska State Troopers requesting assistance with our K-9; assisted.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

• At 12:26 a.m. a phone call was received about a noise complaint on Selief Lane. Neighbor given disorderly conduct advisement.

• At 4:22 a.m. a 911 call was received and a roommate given disorderly conduct advisement on Madsen Avenue.

• At 8:48 a.m. there was a “for sale” sign on city property on West Rezanof Drive.

• At 8:50 a.m. CSO reported a vehicle on West Rezanof Drive with a broken window; unknown if vandalism.

• At 9:25 a.m. at the station someone reported several online purchases she did not make on Center Avenue.

• At 11:47 a.m. a phone call was received about a vehicle inspection on West Rezanof Drive. Needed VIN.

• At noon the owner of a loose dog on High Street was given a warning.

• At 12:49 p.m. a loose dog on Shelikof Street was taken to the shelter.

• At 1:04 p.m. an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street was red-tagged.

• At 2:12 p.m. an officer attempted paper service on Mission Road.

• At 2:24 p.m. an officer attempted paper service on Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:34 p.m. an officer attempted paper service Larch Street.

• At 3:05 p.m. a phone call was received about larceny at St. Herman Harbor. Man stole money from a co-worker.

• At 3:39 p.m. a phone call was received about drunk driving on Mill Bay Road. Reports a female while high on prescription medication; unable to locate.

• At 3:50 p.m. at the station someone from Maple Street reported someone in Hawaii is using his Social Security number.

• At 3:55 p.m. at the station someone reported fraudulent charges on his card on Selief Lane.

• At 4:27 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle on side of road causing traffic to swerve; patrol advised.

• At 7:21 p.m. a phone call was received about reckless driving . Female reports a vehicle ran her over in a parking lot; did not specify which one; hung up and would not answer on call back. No information to follow up.

• At 7:24 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male keeps harassing him on Shelikof Street.

• At 7:33 p.m. an officer charge a citizen’s battery at West Rezanof Drive and Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:47 p.m. a 911 call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Center Avenue. Male arrested for open container.

• At phone call was received about subject removal on Selief Lane. Male left upon request.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

• At 12:20 a.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on Selief Lane. Boyfriend will not leave her alone; officer had no contact with him. She will seek domestic violence restraining order.

• 6:53 a.m. a phone call was received about assault on Selief Lane. Second-hand information from an anonymous source, states a female was choked by a male two days earlier; patrol advised.

• At 10:30 a.m. a female was given warning to slow down at Shelikof Street and Marine Way.

• At 10:37 a.m. a female on West Rezanof Drive was given a warning to slow down and obtain an Alaska driver’s license.

• At 11:32 a.m. a phone call was received about an abandoned vehicle on Wilson Avenue. Red-tagged.

• At 11:53 an officer attempted paper service on Larch Street.

• At 12:58 p.m. an officer served paper on Marine Way.

• At 1:08 p.m. a driver parked in a taxi stand on Marine Way; moved on request and admonished.

• At 1:53 p.m. a phone call was received about an abandoned vehicle on Mission Road. Vehicle will be moved.

• At 3:19 p.m. a phone call was received about panhandling on West Marine Way. Male warned to stop his vagrancy.

• At 4:17 p.m. an officer attempted subpoena service on Larch Street.

• At 4:22 p.m. a summons was served on Larch Street.

• At 4:33 p.m. a phone call was received about a parking violation on Cope Street. Vehicle will be moved.

• At 9:25 p.m. a female was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Selief Lane.

• At 10:37 p.m. a phone call was received about a vehicle parked for more than two days on East Rezanof Drive; owner was advised that it’s on private property.
