• 12:41 a.m. a male was arrested for a warrant on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 8:53 a.m. a phone call was received and an owner on Mill Bay Road turned in a handgun he no longer wanted; gave it to Kodiak Police Department to dispose of.

• At 9:36 a.m. a phone call was received about a wallet found on Mission Road; owner contacted. Put into evidence as found property.

• 10:39 a.m. a male was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance on Mill Bay Road.

• At 11 a.m. a phone call was received about damage to some trees on Wolkoff Street; wanted the incident documented.

• At 12:17 p.m. a phone call was received about counterfeit $50 found on Center Avenue.

• At 12:23 p.m. a phone call was received reporting receiving a call on High Street from someone who claimed to be a relative asking for money; asked them to call back. No transaction exchanged.

• At 12:53 someone reported her WIC checks were stolen from her shopping cart on Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:47 p.m. a phone call was received reporting her vehicle was backed into on Selief Lane; no suspects. Logged for insurance.

• At 6:09 p.m. an officer was out with two subjects on Shelikof Street; no open containers.

• At 11:20 p.m. an officer checked suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. All OK.

Friday, Feb. 24

• At 10:47 a.m. citations were given for parking violations on Shelikof Street.

• At 10:57 a.m. citations were given for parking violations on Center Avenue and Marine Way.

• At 1:30 p.m. a subpoena was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 2:24 p.m. citations were given for parking violations on East Marine Way.

• At 2:26 p.m. an owner was advised to move a vehicle on Marine Way within 24 hours or it will be impounded.

• At 2:32 p.m. an abandoned vehicle on Marine Way was marked for 24 hour removal.

• At 3:22 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting finding a man-made hole in her vehicle’s gas tank on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:29 p.m. paper was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 4:51 and 4:57 p.m. paper was served on Selief Lane.

• At 4:59 p.m. paper service was attempted on Selief Lane.

• At 5:43 p.m. a male was cited on Benny Benson Avenue for expired registration and speeding.

• At 6:12 p.m. a 911 call was received; child playing with phone on Carolyn Street.

• At 8:56 p.m. a 911 call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Von Scheele Way and a male was cited.

• At 10:14 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a group of males on Marine Way were asking aloud if anyone wanted to buy meth; patrol advised.

Saturday,

Feb. 25

• At 1:51 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a brawl on Center Avenue; unfounded.

• At 2:04 a.m. a male was arrested on Center Avenue for being drunk on a licensed premises and for resisting arrest.

• At 8:30 a.m. a phone call was received reporting graffiti at the ice rink.

• At 9:16 a.m. a phone call was received reporting graffiti on two sides of the new pool building and also at Main Elementary.

• At 11:12 a.m. a subpoena was served on East Marine Way.

• At 11:18 a.m. a 911 call was received about a welfare check on East Marine Way; all OK.

• At 11:34 a.m. a subpoena was served on Marine Way.

• At 12:48 p.m. a phone call was received reporting people at the public restrooms on Shelikof Street are getting rowdy; left on request.

• At 12:50 p.m. at KPD someone reported a male keeps making contact with her.

• At 1:43 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated male was kicked out of a bar on Marine Way but is refusing to leave. Subject gone on arrival but officer caught up with him. He was given a trespass warning.

• At 4:16 p.m. a phone call was received reporting male from previous call has returned; arrested for criminal trespass and for being drunk on a licensed property.

• At 6:14 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a male hit him on Shelikof Street. Investigation suggests mutual responsibility for the incident. Officer forwarded information to the district attorney’s office.

• At 6:21 p.m. a phone call was received reporting several men beat up one male on Shelikof Street; transported to hospital.

• At 8:07 p.m. a phone call was received reporting he was thrown out of a bar on Center Avenue and they refused to give him his cellphone and cigarettes back.

His personal items retrieved and he was given a no more bars advisement.

• At 8:13 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a male walking in the middle of the road on Rezanof Drive; officer fund him. All OK.

• At 8:30 p.m. a female at Birch Avenue and Mill Bay Road was advised to fix registration irregularities with the DMV.

• 11:05 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle is driving erratically on Center Avenue; negative contact with the vehicle.

• At 11:12 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle passed him a and another vehicle at high speed on Rezanof Drive. Officer found vehicle and lectured the driver.

Sunday, Feb. 26

• At 1:24 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting that two males who were kicked out of a bar on Center Avenue stole his hat; complaint unfounded.

• At 1:36 a.m. a citizen reported a fight in progress on West Marine Way; group was gone on arrival.

• At 2 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting a group of people fighting in the parking lot on West Marine Way. No one fighting on officer arrival.

• At 2:45 a.m. a male was arrested for DWI on Center Avenue.

• At 3:14 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting an intruder in her residence on West Marine Way. A drunk wandered into the business kitchen upstairs.

• At 10:53 a.m. citations were issued for parking violations on West Marine Way.

• At 10:56 a.m. citations were issued for parking violation on Shelikof Street.

• At 4:14 p.m. someone reported his wife is making threatening statements to him on Thorsheim Street; wife was not behaving in a criminal manner. Officer gave the husband some civil advice,

• At 4:24 p.m. a phone call was received abut a welfare check on Center Avenue. All OK.

• At 6:16 p.m. paper was served in Kodiak.
