• At 9:35 p.m. a caller reported an annoying cat on Mill Bay Road. The cat was dead.

• At 10:25 p.m. a caller requested a welfare check of an intoxicated parent with child. Report unfounded.

• At 11:26 p.m. assisted with a noise complaint at the Relay for Life at Woody Way Field. Organizers agreed to lower volume of music.

• At 11:31 p.m. an officer corrected overturned traffic control devices on Rezanof Drive.

• At 12:41 a.m. an officer observed activity in a normally closed business on Mill Bay Road. An employee was working late.

• At 1:13 a.m. a caller reported a man walking in the roadway on Rezanof Drive. He was gone when officers arrived.

• At 1:41 a.m. an officer patrolled the Relay for Life at Woody Way Field.

• At 2:09 a.m. an officer corrected overturned traffic control devices on Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:32 a.m. a man was arrested for violation of release conditions and lodged at Kodiak Jail.

• At 3:02 a.m. an officer resolved a noise complaint on Woody Way.

• At 3:10 a.m. an officer corrected overturned traffic control devices on Rezanof Drive.

• At 3:28 a.m. an officer assisted two intoxicated males with transportation on Shelikof Street.

• At 3:42 a.m. an officer checked the welfare of an intoxicated man on Shelikof Street. The man was OK.

• At 4:16 a.m. a man was arrested for DUI and breath testing refusal on Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:47 p.m. a caller reported a man operating without a valid driver’s license on Mill Bay Road. The complaint was unfounded.

• At 4:34 p.m. a woman broke doorway glass at the Kodiak police station. She was arrested without incident and lodged at Kodiak Jail.

• At 6:41 p.m. a caller reported several men using drugs in a building on Center Ave. The complaint was unfounded, but the men were not residents of the building and left on request.
