• Around 1:35 a.m., police conducted two bar checks and a security check downtown.

• At 2:05 a.m., police received a call reporting a vehicle in a ditch on Near Island. No one was around it and it did not appear as if there had been injuries.

• At 2:49 a.m., police conducted a security check on Simeonoff Street.

• At 4:47 a.m., someone called to report they’d found a cell phone and a passport on West Marine Way.

• At 9:33 a.m., someone called to request a welfare check on Selief Lane.

• At 9:43 a.m., police began investigating suspicious circumstances.

• At 9:49 a.m., officers served papers on Madsen Avenue.

• At 10:50 a.m., police began investigating an incidence of fraud on Mill Bay Road.

• At 12:05 p.m., someone misdialed 911 from East Rezanof Drive.

• At 12:46 p.m., someone called to report parking overtime on Hemlock Street. The tires were chalked.

• At 1:51 p.m., someone called 911 to report people smoking marijuana in public on Marine Way. Officers did not observe anything illegal.

• At 2:03 p.m., police removed some debris from Marine Way.

• Around 2:07 p.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 3:14 p.m., police received a call requesting subject removal on Center Avenue. The man left when officers asked.

• At 3:32 p.m., police served papers on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:16 p.m., someone called to report harassing behavior. It was a civil issue and the person was advised of their options.

• At 4:53 p.m., police responded to an accident in the Thorsheim Street and Mill Bay road area. A pedestrian was hit and the driver was cited for having no insurance and not taking due care. His passenger was cited for hacing an open container in a vehicle and was then arrested on a warrant.

• At 5:42 p.m., police received a call about an abandoned vehicle on West Rezanof Drive. They reported a vehicle was towed.

• At 6:17 p.m., officers patrolled for loose animals in the Monashka Bay area.

• At 8:42 p.m., a person reported his backpack was stolen from Alimaq Drive. The next day, he called to say it had been found with the contents intact.

• At 10:03 p.m., police responded to a suspicious vehicle in Trident Basin. It was unoccupied.

• Around 10:24 p.m., police conducted seven bar checks downtown.

• At 10:44 p.m., someone reported finding a debit card on Marine Way.

• At 11:31 p.m., someone called 911 reporting suspicious circumstances.

• At 11:46 p.m., a man was arrested on Marine Way for violating conditions of release.
