Tital Shelhamer pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. Shelhamer was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Tital Shelhamer pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Shelhamer was sentenced to one year in jail and was recommended to apply for and complete substance abuse treatment while in custody.

He was sentenced to 135 days in jail (120 suspended) and fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended) and had their license revoked for 90 days and ordered to use an ignition interlock device for six months after getting the license back and placed on probation for three years and ordered to comply with recommendations for screening for alcohol/substance abuse.

Rosa E. Sanchez pleaded guilty to theft in the fourth degree. Sanchez was sentenced to 60 days in jail (60 suspended) and fined $500 ($400 suspended) and ordered to pay restitution and placed on probation for one year.

William J Musson pleaded guilty to not having a valid operators license. Musson was sentenced to 90 days in jail (90 suspended) and fined $500 ($500 suspended) and placed on probation for three years and ordered to complete 80 hours of community service.

Chan Y Ahn pleaded guilty to two counts of theft in the third degree. Ahn was sentenced to 360 days in jail (360 suspended) and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) and placed on probation for four years and ordered to complete 120 hours of community service.

Matthew A. Stutes pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Stutes was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Kevin I King pleaded guilty to fail to carry proof of auto insurance. King was fined $500.

Dennis Fathke pleaded guilty to public possession of intoxicatin liquor. Fathke was ordered to pay a police training surcharge of $50.

Dennis Fathke pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in the second degree. Fathke was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Jason Beck pleaded no contest to violation conditions of release. Beck was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Tita Marie Shelhamer pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license. Shelhamer was sentenced to 360 days in jail (270 suspended) and fined $1,000 and placed on probation for five years and had their license revoked for 90 days.
